Our research and development alliance includes leading researchers in strengths development, resilience, and leadership.

Our founder, David J. Pollay, has completed research on the "Strengths Profiles of Leaders in Organizations."  He presented his research at the 2006 International Positive Psychology Summit in Washington, D.C. this past October.   Mr. Pollay is currently leading an international research project on leadership strengths identification and development in 95 countries.

Mr. Pollay is a Visiting Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania.   He holds a Master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennslyvania.   Mr. Pollay was recently chosen to serve as the first president of the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology Alumni Association.  

Mr. Pollay has a B.A. in Economics from Yale University, and has been a leader in business at companies such as MasterCard International and Yahoo! Inc.
